WHITE SYSTEMS, INC.

White Systems was founded in 1946. The company became heavily involved with designing, manufacturing, selling and installing storage and retrieval carousels in the 1960 s and 1970 s. Sales to the US Government and affiliated governmental agencies and organizations began in the 1970 s.

In the early 1980 s, White applied for and was granted a GSA Supply Schedule, and except for a brief period in 2003, has had a GSA Supply Schedule ever since. White s GSA Supply Schedule has included horizontal, vertical lift module carousels (currently in SIN 165-205), turnkey support agreements for the maintenance and repair, including parts of carousels (currently in SIN 51-208) and billable repairs, upgrades, modifications, relocations, installations and de-installations of carousels (currently in SIN 51-56).

White Systems has provided carousels and material handling solutions, along with after sale service for this equipment to every branch of the government in the US, as well as on bases and installations all over the world.

• In addition to locations listed above services available in the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii, all US territories and US Government facilities overseas. Consult factory for all services required.
• Travel time to be charged from point of departure to job site and from job site to our employee's home base.
• The actual living & travel expenses incurred by our employees from the time they leave their home base office to the time of their return to their base will be billed at our cost. This includes all expenses incurred on the day when our employee travels or does not perform work at the job site and it is not feasible to return and additional services are required by you.
• Payment of invoices for services is due upon receipt of invoice.
• At time of service request a complete list of terms and conditions associated with our fields service s hourly rates can be providing.

• Vertical Photo-eye protection ensures products stored within the carousel bins will not be damaged. Any "over hang" of product is detected as the bin with the overhang interrupts the vertically-mounted photo eye s beam and the carousel will stop immediately.
• The horizontal Photo-eye system is the device most commonly used to protect from the potential dangers of moving equipment. The risks associated with exposed pinch points, or lack of guarding are significantly reduced.

Conditions

• All preventive maintenance and emergency repair labor, as well as no charge replacement of parts, is included subject to standard terms and conditions.
• Prices based on 2 PM visits per year.
• Problem resolution will be attempted first by phone. If unsuccessful, site visit will be made.
• Standard response time is less than 24-hours, during normal business hours.
• Special arrangements and cost will be provided upon request.
• 24 x 7 access to tech support hot line.
• Special non-standard systems may require purchase of spares for unique, long lead-time components.
• Prices based on nominal 2,000 hours per year of operation.
• Contract coverage for equipment 3 years or older contingent on inspection
• Maintenance agreements provided in name of end user only must be a contract directly between White and end user.
• Payment terms: quarterly in arrears, net 30
