Franklin Collection Service, Inc. (Franklin) was founded in 1980 in Tupelo, Mississippi, by owner and President, Dan Franklin. Franklin has grown from a small operation in Mr. Franklin s home to several service locations in Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama, all of which are designed for continued expansion.
Our Resources: Franklin s corporate headquarters in Tupelo, MS, occupy 15,000 sq. ft., with executive offices and production facilities. Due to our growth, Franklin is currently expanding the corporate office with an additional 7,000 sq. ft. Our revenue for the year 2002 was $355 million, reflecting a well-managed growth program to maintain current clients and add new clients as a part of Franklin s strategic plan. Our resources include current generation computer support systems, with sufficient capacity to expand from the current number of users, 200, to approximately 250.
