Survey Content and Design
- Content
- Word questions for accurate, reliable, bias-free results.
- Develop 'Choose One' questions that allow the respondent to choose one of a number of choices.
- Develop 'Choose All That Apply' questions that allow the respondent to choose one or more choices.
- Develop 'Rating' questions that allow the respondent to choose one choice from a range of choices. Each choice has a numeric value associated with it that is used when calculating results and statistics.
- Develop 'Skipping Instructions' that specify which question a respondent should read next and guides the respondent through a series of questions.
- Develop skip patterns (not presenting questions you feel are inappropriate as a result of a particular response).
