Each product listed varies in energy as performance is requested. Energy Star products are available. Evergreen Refrigerant is used in some products R134A, R407C.

EQUIPMENT PRICING PROCEDURE

 

 

The Government representative will create a statement of work that involves any HVAC product to need. The Government representative may use SIN number 539 246-42 2 to issue task orders to create the SOW. Once the SOW is created, a response is generated in accordance with the YorkWorks pricing procedure; with the appropriate discount for the customer product selected by the local YORK sales office to satisfy the SOW. The SOW should be clear with intended purpose of the Government to insure the correct adaptation of the engineered product to the needs of the Government. Help with creating the SOW is suggested early on, in the budgeting process.

Discount from list prices or statement of net price.

 

 

Pricing will be provided from the YORKWORKS software package available to all representatives for product under this contract. The software will create an MLP for the required product to meet the needs of the customer as stated in a Statement of Work. The current Factory Authorized Price will be applied to the MLP by the software and a discount will be allowed for the contract.

 

 

YORKWORKS Pricing Procedures

 

York International uses YORKWORKS, A SOFTWARE PACKAGE, to arrive at a price. Given a product specification a knowledgeable individual enters the YORKWORKS program and selects the proper sized piece of equipment options or accessories are added to meet noise, energy and size requirements to meet the job SPECIFICATIONS. The price page is generated and Factory Authorized Price (FAP) is obtained. The contract discount is deducted from the FAP and quoted to the contracting officer.

 

All accessories are included in the discount including the Solid State Starter. Mechanical starters are excluded in the YS product line. Separate pricing is available. Contact the representative.

YORK Rental Equipment Procedure:

 

 

The rental of York HVAC products listed below is used for guidelines. GSA gets 10% off of listed monthly rental rates; longer rental periods or winter rates will require contacting the numbers below. The ordering contracting office or officer should contact Jim Kelley @484-390-2148 or 877-622-9000 with as much of the following support information as possible to initiate an order.
